Stretch and Strengthen Calf:


Calf:

Stretch:

You an use a step- and drop your heel.  If you lean forward at the waist, you will stretch your calf and hamstring with some glute also, just make sure to keep your hips parallel.

 


Or do a lunge and feel the stretch on your back leg/ calf


Strengthen:

Start with your feet flat on the floor, or half on a step...



...Than raise up onto your toes.
